(B.a.D) has served the professional and personal needs of individuals, families, executives, groups, programs, businesses, churches, government organizations, educational institutions, not-for-profit, locally and internationally for over 20 years. Dr. Lee McBryde- Nesbitt is the founding member and President of Breakthrough and Discovery Center, LLC., working in concert with a team of extraordinary and talented collaborators.

(B.a.D) collaborators serve in many capacities including the executive. relationship, business, academic, life & professional coaches, educators, licensed clinical social workers, social workers, evaluators, strategic planners, facilitators, clergy, authors, and keynote/motivational speakers. Consulting
B.a.D offers support through consultation for evolving individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking to enhance, maintain, or augment their personal or business concepts, strategies, objectives, and services. Our agency provides intense collaboration with our consumers for effective realization and implementation.
Talent Development
Titles are granted, but it’s your behavior that earns you respect. Individuals and organizational leaders are often challenged with appropriate growth opportunities that align behavior with our transitional society. B.a.D talent development focuses on the strengthening of individuals and organizations, by building knowledge, skills, and abilities. The goal of talent development is to guide you on a specific path of progressive growth. This is accomplished using collaborating, cooperative, supportive, and accommodating approaches.
